John Socks
CEO & Principal Owner
With over 35 years of construction experience, John Socks has led Socks Construction since 2001. Through his leadership, Socks Construction has transformed from a small, family owned company into an industry leader in the Northern Michigan region.

CBO & Principal Owner
David Socks has over 25 years of construction experience and a B.S. in Marketing from Michigan State University. David is the visionary of Socks Construction as well as the head of investor relations.

CSPO & Principal Owner
Charlie Socks has over 25 years of construction experience. Charlie primarily works with local municipalities to ensure projects are moving forward.

Nate Kessler
CFO - MBA in Finance
Nate Kessler has been the CFO of Socks Construction since 2021. With over 10 years of experience in the finance sector as well as an MBA in Finance from the University of Detroit - Mercy, Nate is responsible for the financial health of Socks Construction.

Jim Rosa
VP of Operations
Jim has been in Commercial Construction for over 40 years and has managed projects in Higher Education, Hospitality, Government / Military and for the last 17 year has been a principal for one of the nation’s largest Architectural firms overseeing the Construction Administration on several large and complex Medical Centers.
