All employees of Socks Construction operate on a 9 / 80 work schedule.

9 / 80 Work Schedule

• 9 hour days Monday-Thursday every week.

• Rotating 8 hour Friday and Friday off on a bi-weekly basis.

• What this means: employees work 80 hours in a 2 week period with every other Friday off.

Socks Construction matches up to 3% of employee IRA contributions.

Socks Construction pays for required training, including apprenticeship & journeyman programs, safety training, equipment training, and even higher learning in some cases. We want our employees to be the best and brightest in their fields.
